- You should inform us of any underground services (pipes, cables) before work begins.
- You should keep the worksite reasonably clear and safe for our team.
5. Workmanship, Warranties & Guarantees
- We will perform services with reasonable care and skill, in line with industry standards
- If a defect arises due to our workmanship and is reported within a reasonable period, we will remedy it at no extra charge (unless caused by misuse, neglect, or events outside our control).
- Guarantees for plants or materials (if offered) will be specified in your contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
- We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, supply chain, etc.).
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the particular contract.
7. Insurance & Risk
- We maintain public liability insurance to cover damage to your property caused by our work.
- Risk in materials passes to you once delivered on-site, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate in writing, subject to the terms of the contract.
- If you cancel after work has started, you may be responsible for reasonable costs incurred (labour, materials, sub-contractors).
9. Dispute Resolution
- We aim to resolve any disagreements amicably and encourage you to contact us first.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled under the laws of England & Wales.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
